Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 5 business days to process your order. Expect an email within approximately 5 days  to let you know your order is on the way!

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within  5 business days using Canada Post, UPS or Purolator.

Delivery standard is 2 - 7 days.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES: For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For simple flat rate shipping: We offer free shipping in Alberta for orders over $50 and free shipping for the rest of Canada for all orders over $80.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Just Give'r ltd. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original

condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible

at justgiver.ltd@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.

We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
